Frente Común was launched by an all volunteer Board of Directors with initial money and consultation from the City of PortlandFrente Común operates via volunteers, fund raising actions, community/private funds, donations and membership dues. Frente Común major objective is to make improvements to the superior of everyday life all over Portland communities, focusing on the requirements of the Latino population. Frente Común companies and things to do are driven by the requirements of it is communities as profiled by membership questionnaires, annual community surveys and census details. OUR Historical pastFormerly the organization was developed by Latino citizens from the N.
