WHO IS FRENTE COMUN? Frente Común is a grassroots membership based non-gain charitable business. Frente Común was started by an all volunteer Board of Directors with first funds and consultation from the Metropolis of PortlandFrente Común operates through volunteers, fund raising attractions, general public/private funds, donations and membership dues. Frente Común primary intention is to improve the excellent of everyday life through Portland communities, concentrating on the demands of the Latino population. OUR HistoryInitially the organization was developed by Latino citizens from the N. Portland neighborhoods to address certain issues/matters impacting families and youth in the educational institutions as clearly as the normal Latino neighborhood.
