Frente Común was started by an all volunteer Board of Directors with first funds and consultation from the Metropolis of PortlandFrente Común operates via volunteers, fund elevating actions, community/private money, donations and membership dues. Frente Común key objective is to enhance the superior of everyday life during Portland communities, focusing on the wants of the Latino population.
